When purchasing a product from The Sleep Gallery, please ensure that the product you are purchasing is 100% correct. Some of our pictures have other separately listed products, which aren’t always included in the selected product price. We receive Pictures from the suppliers, which means often there are accessories, which are not part of the purchase.
You may have noticed when searching for a mattress only, in most of the images, the mattress is displayed with the matching base. This is just the image supplied from the manufacturer and does not include the base when selecting the purchase of a mattress only. It is important to read the description which accompanies the images, to ensure whether you are purchasing the full bed set or just the mattress. The same can apply to the images of the bunk beds, which are mostly portrayed with mattresses, but the price is for the bunk bed only. The mattress you will purchase separately, according to your specific requirements.
We always try our utmost to portray correct and current features, descriptions, prices, information, data, benefits and imagery on our website. However, in the unlikely event that you place an order for a product or service, for which any of the information has changed or not yet been updated on our website, we will contact you and advise you of the relevant changes. It will then be your prerogative whether you would then like to proceed with your order. Should it be related to the pricing of the product that you have ordered and as a result of human error, we will advise you accordingly and if the price should be higher than listed, you would be liable to pay the correct price of the product. Returns Policy
7 Night Comfort Exchange Or Return Policy for Mattresses
We at The Sleep Gallery pride ourselves on ensuring your complete satisfaction with your mattress purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you find your mattress is not providing the correct comfort or support, we offer a 7-night comfort exchange or return policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MATTRESS EXCHANGES:
- The 7-night return policy is only available on Mattresses and Bed sets, not furniture or accessories.
- The Mattress or Bed set needs to be returned in the same condition as delivered and in the original packaging.
- We cannot accept a return of damaged or marked mattresses. We, therefore, advise you to use a quality mattress protector on your new mattress.
- There will be a collection and handling charge which will be determined on a case by case basis and dependent on the collection area.
- We can only accept one exchange or return per customer.
- We cannot accept returns on Clearance or Discounted stock items.
- We do not accept returns on Special Size or Custom made beds or mattresses.
Refunds Policy (Unused Products)
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any product purchased at The Sleep Gallery, we will refund you in full. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions and such requests will be handled in the following way:
- The product to be returned must be returned in their original packaging and they must be unused.
- The product must be in their original condition.
- Any custom made products cannot be returned.
- Products with a custom design, fabric or colour choice cannot be returned.
- Transportation costs of returned products, when they need to be collected by us, will be covered by the client and such costs will be covered by part of the refund.
- Any transportation costs that are more than the amount the client originally paid for will also be deducted from the refund.
