7 Night Comfort Exchange Or Return Policy
We at The Sleep Gallery pride ourselves in making sure you are completely satisfied with your mattress purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you find your mattress is just not giving you the correct comfort or support, we offer a 7-night comfort exchange or return policy.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MATTRESS EXCHANGES:
- The 7-night return policy is only available on Mattresses and Bed sets, not furniture or accessories.
- The Mattress or Bed set needs to be returned in the same condition as delivered and in the original packaging.
- We cannot accept a return of damaged or marked mattresses. We, therefore, advise you to use a quality mattress protector on your new mattress.
- There will be a collection and handling charge which will be determined on a case by case basis and dependentย on the collection area.
- We can only accept one exchange or return per customer.
- We cannot accept returns on Clearance or Discounted stock items.
- We do not accept returns on Special Size or Custom made beds or mattresses.
Refunds Policy (Unused Products)
Should you not be 100% satisfied with any product purchased at The Sleep Gallery, we will refund you in full. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions and such requests will be handled in the following way:
- The product to be returned must be returned in their original packaging and they must be unused.
- The product must be in their original condition.
- Any custom made products cannot be returned.
- Products with a custom design, fabric or colour choice cannot be returned.
- Transportation costs of returned products, when they need to be collected by us, will be covered by the client and such costs will be covered by part of the refund.
- Any transportation costs that are more than the amount the client originally paid for will also be deducted from the refund.
