Delivery Policy

The Sleep Gallery is based in Cape Town and mainly services the Western Cape area. We do however offer delivery in most major hubs of our bigger brands such as Simmons, Cloud Nine and Rest Assured.

General Terms:

  • We charge only for the delivery per trip, and not the number of items being delivered.
  • After receipt of the order, delivery could take between 1 and 15 days as this is dependent on stock on hand and the area of delivery.
  • If you require delivery Same Day or Next Day, please contact us to ensure stock and delivery availability.

Thank you for your interest in some of our great product offerings on our website.

Since we are an independent retailer solely based in Cape Town, our online store is mainly geared towards local customers, and many items will only be available for delivery in Cape Town or Western Cape due to its availability and delivery costs.

Thankfully our major Mattress brands i.e: Simmons, Rest Assured, Cloud Nine and Restonic all have distribution facilities in major cities, so delivery of these products can be arranged in most cities.

If you are based outside Cape Town, kindly follow the below process.
