We at The Sleep Gallery pride ourselves in making sure you are completely satisfied with your mattress purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you find your mattress is just not giving you the correct comfort or support, we offer a 7-night comfort exchange or return policy.
Due to the danger posed to our health by the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have been forced to amend our delivery protocols during these difficult times. This is a fine balancing act between keeping the economy going and ensuring the safety of our families, loved ones, customers and community at large.
With this in mind, we have instructed our delivery people not to enter households. This is not only for their safety , but yours as well.
Deliveries will go ahead, but goods will be brought to your door. The installation and setup will need to be done by the customer as we do not want to risk further infections.
While we take care to sanitise and ensure strict hygiene measures in-store, our delivery guys cannot move from household to household without risking the health of our customers and their own.
We trust these measures will help curb the spread while still ensuring you get the comfortable nights rest you deserve.
